Frances M. Fitchet

Frances M. Fitchet, 79, died March 20, 2018 at Hospice House.
Mrs. Fitchet was born November 21, 1938 in Youngstown, a daughter of Frank and Margaret Tredent Zangara.
She was a 1957 graduate of East High School. Frances was a homemaker with a zest for life. She was a giver at heart, having donated her time visiting nursing homes and was a volunteer at Hospice of the Valley. Frances enjoyed dancing and had a flare for fashion. She enjoyed her retirement years at the beach in Florida with her husband David. She also enjoyed cooking and gardening.
Frances was an active member at Boardman United Methodist Church.
Her husband, David, whom she married April 19, 1958, died in 2006.
She is survived by two sons, David Fitchet of Winston Salem, NC and Dan (Chris Popovich) Fitchet of Boardman and Chris's children, Nadia, Joseph, Joshua, and Taylor; one daughter, Debbie Yurcisin of Boardman; one sister, Patty Guerrieri of Poland; three grandchildren, Bridget, Brandon, Nina; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and husband, Frances was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald and Bobby; and one sister, Rose DePaul.
A memorial service will be held Friday at 11:00AM Boardman United Methodist Church. Arrangements are being handled by Davis-Becker Funeral Home, Boardman. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market St., Boardman, OH 44512.
