Florence Mae Croyle Briggs, 93 Boardman-Florence Mae Croyle Briggs,93 of 4708 Euclid Blvd. died early Monday morning at her residence. Mrs. Briggs was born September 28,1912 in Brownsville; PA, a daughter of William and Alice E. Carpenter Croyle. She was a 1931 graduate of South High School. She worked in the lamp division at general electric and was also a homemaker and talented seamstress; where she taught sewing out of her home. She was a member of Western Reserve Baptist Church, where she was a former member of the Roundtuettes. She leaves her husband of 71 years, William, whom she married August 4, 1934; a daughter, Judith (John W.) Forney of Poland; a son, David(Paula)Briggs of Ravenna;3 grandchildren;5 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Helen Shutt, Alice Bohn, and Ruth Croyle; 2 brothers, Carl and Kenneth. Funeral services will be Thursday 11AM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland.
