Florence G. Brayer

Florence G. Brayer âa�" 91 POLAND âa�" Florence G. Brayer, 91 of the Blackburn Home, died Saturday evening at Shepherd of the Valley. Mrs. Brayer was born in Poland Township, February 22, 1915, a daughter of Willis & Frances Schmidt Stanley. She was a home maker, and a member of the Struthers Presbyterian Church, and a former member of the Lowellville Presbyterian Church, where she sang in the choir and attended Sunday school. Her husband, Stephen Brayer, whom she married February 6, 1935, died October 16, 1991. She is survived by six nephews, William (Geraldine) Liggett; John (Louise) Liggett; Kenneth (Nancy) Morrrow; John (Joyce) Pavlov; Robert (Nancy) Stanley, Bruce Stanley; two nieces, Patricia (Richard) Hensch, Beverly (Chuck) Shadley, one sister-in-law, Arlene Stanley. Besides her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by one brother, Willis Stanley, and three sisters, Dorothy Stanley, Frances Pavlov, and Ruth Liggett. Family will receive friends Tuesday at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers from 10:00 âa�" 10:45 am, where services will be held at 11:00. Interment will follow at Poland Riverside Cemetery.
