Everett E. Walkama, 55 Lowellville- Everett E. Walkama, 55, of 6554 Lowellville Road, died Sunday evening at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center. Mr. Walkama was born November 7, 1949 in Youngstown, a son of Jacob and Shirley Walter Walkama. He was a life-long resident of Lowellville. A 1967 graduate of Poland Seminary High School, Mr. Walkama was a former shift supervisor for Reliant Power Plant in Niles for over 28 years. From 1969 until 1971 he served in the United States Army. He attended Lowellville Christian Church. Besides his mother of Lowellville, he is survived by three daughters, Alishia P. Walkama at home, Sarah Nicole Walkama of Newton Falls, Courtney L. Walkama of North Carolina; four sons, Dustin E. (Cari) Walkama of Boardman, Adam J. of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Matthew C. Walkama and Wade A. Walkama both at home; his former wife Susan Marie Simons of North Carolina; three sisters, Karen (Bill) Baker of Forest, Virginia, Susan (Larry) McNab of Leetonia, and Lori (Wayne) Tibbits of Ellsworth; two grandchildren, Jacob Hall and Brianna Gulu and 10 nieces and nephews. Mr. Walkamaâa�a��s father preceded him in death. Funeral services will be Thursday, 11:00 AM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland.
