Boardman - Eugene Zanotelli, 91, died June 8, 2015 at his residence .
Mr. Zanotelli was born October 31, 1923 in Meadowlands, PA, a son of Eugenio and Eliza Zanotelli.
He worked for McKee's Oliver Corporation and later and later at P & LE Railroard where he worked for 30 years.
Eugene was a veteran of the US Army, where he was stationed in Europe from 1943-1946.
He enjoyed all animals.
His wife, Ethel Elizabeth White, whom he married March 10, 1947, died June 15, 2000.
He is survived by four daughters, Audrey Bahney of Pittsburgh, Marlene (Dennis) Sirianni of Cortland, Sandra (John) Rosenburg of Boardman, and Cheryl (Johnny) Burnich of Austintown; one son, Eugene Zanotelli, Jr. with whom he made his home; one brother, Carl Zanotelli of Cranberry, PA; 23 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; one great-great-great grandchild; one son -in-law, William Noble of Poland; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents and wife, Eugene was preceded in death by two daughters, Ethel Noble and Nora Kaufman; two sisters, Ann and Jean; and two brothers, Bill and Ernie.
A memorial service will be held Friday at 5:00 PM at Trinity Fellowship Church in Boardman, where friends and family will be received one hour prior.
