Ethel E. Johnston, 88 Ethel E. Johnston, 88, of Boardman, Ohio, died Saturday at Sunrise Assisted Living in Poland. Mrs. Johnston was born May 12, 1916 in Cleveland, OH., a daughter of Zolton B. and Julia Ots Csiky. The family moved to Southern Youngstown in the early 1930âa�a��s. After attending South High School and Youngstown College, she owned and operated Milsek Furniture Polish, invented and founded by her father. She was a Girl Scout leader for troop 32 in Youngstown, a member and past president of Garden Exchange, a member of the Widows Group of Argus Lodge, and a member of the American Business Women Association (ABWA). Her husband, the late, Harold L. Johnston, whom she married January 19, 1944, died August 1971. She leaves one daughter, Patricia J. (Joseph) Cencia of Boardman; two stepdaughters, Florence Cathey of Seattle, WA., and Arlene Yaiste of Austintown; and two grandchildren, Christopher Cencia of Lexington, KY., and Andrea Oliver of Lexington, KY. Besides her parents and husband, one stepdaughter, Evelyn Hrifko; and two brothers, Theodore J. Csiky, and Stanford (Sam) Csiky preceded her in death.
