Ethel M. Anderson
Brookfield
A private prayer service was held Monday for Ethel M. Anderson. She passed away Thursday evening at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Anderson was born July 1, 1922 in Jamestown, New York a daughter of Clarence H. and Mary L. (Evans) Burdette. She had worked for Westinghouse in Sharon as an inspector and later with Carlisle's Department Store in Niles for 25 years in the food service.
Her husband Victor R. Anderson whom she married July 19, 1955 died Oct. 31, 1998.
Surviving her are her children, sons, Bradley Anderson and John Anderson (Alicia Rees) both of Brookfield and a daughter Deborah Anderson (Don Timar, Jr.) of Boardman, three grandchildren Victoria (Matt Byrd), Joseph, and Franklin and two great grandchildren Damien and Mason.
Preceding her in death besides her husband and parents are two brothers, William and Robert Burdette and a sister Bonnita (Burdette) Locke.
The family requests material tributes take the form of contributions to Hospice of the Valley, 5100 Market St., Boardman, OH 44512
