Esther Mae Kubico âa�" 79 BOARDMANâa�"Esther Mae Kubico, 79 of Boardman, died Sunday morning at Tampa General Hospital. Mrs. Kubico was born on December 9, 1926 in Wind Ridge, PA a daughter of Allen H. & Lydia E. Finnegan Headley. She had worked at IBM as a Administrative Supervisor for 34 years before retiring in 1987. She was a member of the Faith Community Church, also Past President of the Youngstown Business and Professional Womenâa�a��s Club. Member of the Dale Carnegie Alumni Association, the IBM Quarterly Century Club, Canfield Country Club, the Canfield Ladies Association, United Mixed Couples Bowling League, Ladies Golf League of Canfield and Mill Creek. Youngstown Womens District Golf Association, the Pebbles Golf League of Mill Creek. Her husband Leo J. Kubico, whom she married January 1, 1970, died March 3, 2004 She leaves her daughter Jonnette Dobozy of Boardman, one son Phillip Kubico of Cambridge OH, one brother, Allen H. Headley, Jr., Wind Ridge PA., two sisters, Betty Hammond of Struthers, Shirley Beckham of Columbiana, Seven Grandchildren & Seven Great-Grandchildren. Besides her husband and her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother Harry Headley, and two sisters, Ruby Hughes and Ruth Crooks. The Family will receive friends Thursday, from 4-7 at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers. Funeral Services will be held Friday at 10:00 AM at the Faith Community Church 1919 E. Midlothian Blvd, Youngstown, where friends may call one hour prior to the service.
