EmmaBelle Norris

EmmaBelle Norris, 96, passed away June 12, 2017. EmmaBelle was born November 18, 1920 in Altoona, PA, a daughter of Milton and Emma Bookhamer.
She lived in Poland, OH for many years before moving to Austintown and later Ashtabula where she was cared for by her daughters, Jeanne Johnson and Judith Port.
Besides her parents, EmmaBelle was preceded in death by her husband Harold and three brothers.
She leaves behind her children; Judith (Carl) Port of Ashtabula, Jeanne (Roy) Johnson of Austintown, Harold (Bonnie) Norris of Leetonia, Robert (Sue) Norris of Struthers, Kathleen (Michael) Altier of Saltsburg, PA, and Richard (Beth) Norris of Drexel Hills, PA; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren; one sister, Mary Lou Bookhamer of Duncansville, PA; and a niece, CarolAnn Bookhamer of Duncansville, PA.
A memorial service will be held Thursday at 12:00PM at the Davis-Becker Funeral Home, 8536 Market St., Boardman with Pastor Kari Lankford from St. Paul Lutheran Church in Leetonia officiating.
Friends and family will be received one hour prior to the service.
Although flowers are beautiful, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Western Reserve, 1166 Lake Ave. Ashtabula, OH 44004.
