Emilie M. Barone

Emilie M. Barone, 80 Girard- Emilie M. Barone,80, of 123 Maple Ave. died Friday evening at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center. Mrs. Barone was born in New Castle, PA, February 13, 1926, a daughter of Joseph and Johanna âa�A"Jennieâa�A� DeLost Kratofil. She was a loving wife , mother, and friend and will always be remembered by her grandchildren as being an inspiration in teaching them the joys of loving, caring, and enjoying life. She leaves her second husband, Luigi Barone, whom she married December 23,1967; two sons, Ed (Sandy) Lorenz of Struthers and John (Barbara) Lorenz of North Carolina; four grandchildren, Brian, David, and Ricky Lorenz; and Patricia (Greg) Schmid; and one great-grandchild, Jessica Schmid. She was preceded in death by her first husband, George E. Lorenz; a daughter, Mary Jo Lorenz; five sisters, Lena Mattish, Mary Schlosser, Stephanie and Josephine Kratofil, and Janet Shobar; and three brothers, Sylvester, Joseph, and William Kratofil. Funeral services will be will be Wednesday 11AM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers. Friends may call Tuesday from 5-8PM at the funeral home.
