Emerick Patrick DiCioccio

Emerick Patrick DiCioccio, Jr. 46 Youngstown- Emerick P. DiCioccio, Jr., 46, of Jacob Road, passed away Monday evening at his home. Emerick was born on August 1, 1958, in Youngstown, a son of Emerick P. Sr., and Mary Jane Griffiths DiCioccio. He was raised in Struthers and attended Struthers High School. Emerick cherished life, laughter, and many people. He enjoyed fishing, doing ceramic painting for family members, playing cards with friends and family, his computer, and watching the Dallas Cowboys. He loved feeding the birds and identifying them, and watching the ground hog out his window. He will be greatly missed by his sister Larena Semerco and husband Ed of Beloit, sister Debbie Georgiadis and husband Joseph of Campbell, and sister, Judy A. Blewitt and husband Ralph of Greenville, Pennsylvania; nieces and nephews, Melanie and Monica Georgiadis, Jaime Leggi and her husband Damien, Michael and Brent Blewitt, James Castellano and his wife Michelle; Great-nieces and nephews, Haley and Ryan Castellano, Craig Joseph Kerns, and Jiovanni Leggi. Emerick was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Jane Griffiths DiCioccio, father Emerick P. DiCioccio Sr., sister Karen Castellano and all grandparents. Funeral services will be Thursday, 1:00 p.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers. Friends may call Friday from 12:00 noon until 12:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
