Eleanor M. Ohle, 81

BOARDMAN ­ A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m.,
Wednesday, May 22, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Boardman for
Eleanor M. Ohle. Mrs. Ohle passed away peacefully Saturday morning, May 18,
at Hospice of the Valley¹s Hospice House.
Mrs. Ohle was born Nov. 17, 1931, in Hubbard, daughter of Frank and Mary
Angelo.
She was a 1949 graduate of Hubbard High School. After marrying, she
relocated to Boardman with her husband of nearly 50 years, where they raised
their family of six sons. Mrs. Ohle later dedicated time to working in the
cafeteria as kitchen manager of West Boulevard Elementary, where her sons
had attended.
Her husband, Frederick W., whom she married Aug. 3, 1957, passed May 22,
2006.
She is survived by her sons, Fred W. Jr. (Patrizia) of Novara, Italy, Frank
(Kimberly) of Boardman, Jeffrey (Elizabeth) of Buffalo, N.Y., James
(Kathleen) of Negley, Daniel of Youngstown, and David (Christine) of
Boardman; eight grandchildren, Federico, Letizia, Tara, Brian, Breanne Ludt,
Jack, Christian, and Patrick; a great-granddaughter, Emily; a sister, Rose
Cashier of Hubbard.
Mrs. Ohle was preceded in death by six siblings, four brothers, Larry, Guy,
Walter and Tom and two sisters, Edith and Viola.
Mrs. Ohle was a friend to many, a devoted mother, wife and grandmother,
raising her children was her priority and full time job.
Friends may call Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the church.
The family requests that material tributes take the form of contributions to
Hospice of the Valley, Hospice House, 5190 Market St., Boardman, OH 44512.
