Eleanor Marie Fanto, 84 Lowellville- Eleanor Marie Fanto, 84, of Briarfield Manor, formerly of E. Wood Street in Lowellville, died Monday afternoon. Mrs. Fanto was born September 7, 1920 in Youngstown, a daughter of Joseph and Theresa Mastopietro Baglieri. She was raised in Youngstown later residing in Lowellville. A 1938 graduate of Scienceville High School, Mrs. Fanto worked in the accounting department for Strouss Department Store and Youngstown Steel Door. Later, she and her husband John owned and operated Liberty Pizza for 12 years retiring in 1986. Mrs. Fanto was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church in Lowellville; itâa�a��s Ladies Guild and Christian Mothers. She was a member of the Womenâa�a��s Auxiliary of the American Legion in Lowellville and enjoyed sewing and golfing. Most importantly, she loved spending her time with her granddaughters, Jacquelyn and Jenna. She is survived by her daughter, Therese M. (John) Boris of Boardman; two granddaughters, Jacquelyn and Jenna Boris; four sisters, Edith Paz of Fripp Island, South Carolina, Josephine Berezo, Elizabeth Centofanti and Jenny Leo all of Hollywood, Florida; two brothers, Lou Baglier of Hubbard, and John Baglier of Canfield. Besides her parents and husband, one brother, Sam Baglier preceded her in death. Funeral services will be Friday, 10:00 a.m. at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Lowellville and 10:30 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church.
