Edward C. Wick, Sr

Edward C. Wick, 82 COITSVILLE-Edward C. Wick, Sr., 82 of 5025 Milligan Rd., died Thursday morning at Forum Health Northside Medical Center. Edward was born November 25, 1923 in Youngstownâa�a��s Briar Hill, a son of Frank & Stella Cebula Adaszwic. He lived in Coitsville for 47 years. Edward worked as a Plumber Foreman for the Youngstown City Schools, . He was a sports enthusiast, enjoyed watching NASCAR and gardening. Edward was very multi-talented, anything that was broken or needed fixed, he was the one who could fix it. He was a member of the Plumbers Local Union #87, for over 50 years, and Our Lady of the Holy Rosary. He is survived by his wife, Margaret âa�A"Pegâa�A� White Wick, whom he married August 2, 1958; one daughter Penny (Kenneth) Gretsinger of Streetsboro, Ohio two sons, Edward (Debra) Wick, Jr., of Columbiana, Thomas (Fiancée Stacy McCullough) Wick of Hubbard Twp; one sister Dolores Cika of Hubbard; one brother Henry (Marilyn) Adams of Chicago, Ill; and six grandchildren, Sarah and Adam Gretsinger, Jacob and Madison Wick, Elizabeth and Samantha McCullough. Besides his parents Edward is preceded in death by two sisters Stella Barry, Jenny daszwic, one brother Frank Adaszwic, and one brother-in-law Andrew Cika. Funeral Services will be held Monday morning at 10:00 AM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Lowellville and at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church. Friends may call Sunday from 5-8 at the funeral home. Edward has touched so many peoples lives, over many years and will be sadly missed my all who knew him.
