Edward Horn

Poland- Edward Horn died Thursday afternoon at St. Elizabethâa�a��s Medical Center. Mr. Horn was born January 25, 1926 in Buffalo, NY.and was the son of Edward and Mae Mare Horn. He moved to the area in 1965. He is a high school graduate of Burgard Aviation School in New York. He was honorably discharged from both the Navy and Marines duringWorld War II. He received a Bronze Star for service as a firefighter aboard the USS Hancock. Besides his wife Evelyn, whom he married November 28, 1964, he leaves behind four daughters, Sandra Napieralski(Jim) of Buffalo, NY, Sherry Young(John) of Aspen, CO, Kathy Spaulding(Mike) of Saint Maryâa�a��s, OH, and Merrie Raybuck(Don) of Poland; nine grandchildren, Nikki, Jacob, Angie, Krissy, Lindsey, Sierra, John Brandon, Kyla, and Carlie; and nine great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his sons Mark and Edward A. Horn(Skip). Friends may call Monday from 11:00-11:45AM Services will be at 12:00 PM at Cunningham-Becker, Poland.
