Dorothy Susan Williams

Dorothy Susan Williams, 88 Lowellville- Dorothy Susan Williams, 88, of 321 W. Wood Street died Saturday afternoon at Essex Nursing Home in Salem. Mrs. Williams was born April 24, 1916 in Lowellville, a daughter of Charles and Annie Katcher Schreckengost and was a life-long area resident. She attended Lowellville High School and had worked for many years as a teller for the Dollar Bank in Struthers, retiring in 1981. She is survived by her sister Betty (Wayne) Boyer of Struthers and three nephews. Besides her parents, five sisters, Ruth Southerland, Ann Boyer, Edna, Alberta and Grace Schreckengost, and three brothers, Albert, Charles and Paul Schreckengost preceded her in death. There are no calling hours or funeral services. A private committal service will be scheduled later this week. Arrangements are by Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Lowellville.
