Poland - Dorothy A. Rider, 79, of Poland, died Wednesday morning at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center. Mrs. Rider was born January 28, 1928 in Campbell, Ohio, a daughter of Andrew and Elizabeth ChabakYakubov. She lived in Campbell until moving to Poland in 1950. She was a 1946 graduate of Campbell Memorial High School and was a homemaker. She was a charter member of Holy Family Church in Poland and a former member of St. John the Baptist Slovak Church in Campbell. Mrs. Rider was a member of Holy Trinity Infant Jesus of Prague Guild in Struthers where she also volunteered her time making pirohy. She was a member of the Struthers Senior Citizens and Zenska Jednota. She enjoyed bingo and playing cards. Besides her husband, George J. Rider, whom she married October 26, 1946, she leaves two sisters, Helen Badurik of New Castle, Pa. and Betty Gutierrez of Boardman, OH; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Mrs. Rider was preceded in death by three brothers, Andrew, John and Joseph Yakubov; and one sister, Mary Burek. Funeral services will be held Saturday, 9:30 A.M. at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland and 10:00 A.M., at Holy Family Church with Msgr. William J. Connell officiating. Interment will follow in the St. John's Cemetery, Lowellville. Friends will be received Friday, from 4 -7 P.M., at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland. Condolences may be sent at
