Doris C. Gebhardt

Doris C. Gebhardt, 85 Howland - Doris Catherine Gebhardt, 85, died Sunday at Shepherd of the Valley. Mrs. Gebhardt was born in Youngstown on December 16,1920, the daughter of Andrew & Anna Nygren Larson. She was a member of Evangel Baptist Church, a 1938 graduate of Boardman High School and was employed for many years as a keypunch operator at Strouss-Hirshberg. Her Husband William Howard Gebhardt whom she married January 15, 1944 died January 15 1948. She leaves a brother, David (Nora) Larson of Hilton Head SC; a son Dale (Evelyn) Gebhardt of Howland; a daughter-in-law, Carol Gebhardt of Columbiana; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband Mrs. Gebhardt was preceded in death by a son Gary William Gebhardt Sr. Friends may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 PM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland. There will be services at the funeral home at 11 AM Thursday, with internment at Lake Park Cemetery.
