Struthers - Donna J. Saiani, 79, of Youngstown, died Wednesday morning at Maplecrest Nursing Home in Struthers.
Donna was born March 7, 1930 in Youngstown, a daughter of Earl Mayberry and Catherine Davis Mayberry. She was raised in Struthers and lived in Youngstown until moving to Lowellville 5 years ago. She resided at Maplecrest for the last year.
Donna was a graduate of Struthers High School and was employed at Wilkinson Drug Store in Youngstown for many years. She was an avid Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians fan and loved the holidays, especially decorating her home for them.
She leaves her daughter and son-in-law, Catherine (Jim) Shurilla of Poland; son, Richard Saiani of FL; eight grandchildren, Heather Johnston, Renee Gesacion, Jim Shurilla, Sean Page, Ryan, Ariel, PJ, and Eric Saiani; and four great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her step-father James Irwin and brother Earl L Mayberry Jr.
Friends will be received Friday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland. There will not be a funeral service.
