Donna Jean (Perry) Riebe

Struthers - Donna Jean Riebe, 75, went home to be with the Lord, surrounded by her family, on Sunday, May 22, 2016 following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born September 5, 1940 in Baltimore, MD, to the late Charles and Mae Cowger Perry.

Donna was a 1958 graduate of Girard High School. She was employed as a secretary for Nationwide Insurance claims office, retiring after 43 years. Donna was a member of Heritage Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed reading, feeding the birds in her backyard, her dog Daisy and spending time with her family. Donna always looked forward to her yearly trips to Florida with her sisters and she will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She leaves her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and John Ball of Boardman; two sisters, Nancy L. (Robert) Kostrubanic of Ft. Wayne, IN and Louise (James) Martuccio of Warren, OH; her aunt, Bea Elmo of Austintown and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth W. Riebe, whom she married in 1960 and who passed away in 2002.

Visitation will be Thursday from 11am-12:45pm at Davis-Becker Funeral Home, 8536 Market St. Boardman, with services to follow at 1pm. Interment will be at Lake Park Cemetery.
