Donna M. Furman âa�" 80 STRUTHERS âa�" Donna M. Furman, 80, of Wetmore Drive, died Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at the Cleveland Clinic after a long illness. She was born in April 9, 1927 in Struthers, a daughter of William and Nina Hoffman, and was a life-long area resident. She was a 1947 Struthers High School graduate; Mrs. Furman worked for the Struthers School System for 25 years, retiring in 1988. She was a life-long member of the Struthers Presbyterian Church. She was a wonderful person devoted to her husband and family whom she held dear to her heart. Mrs. Furman leaves two children, Gail (Steve) Seifert of Struthers and Gary (Debbie) Furman of Hubbard; four grandchildren, Pamela (John) Lucent, Steve (Jeanette) Seifert, Jennifer (Jason) Franceschelli, and Carol Lynn Furman; ten great-grandchildren, Lindsay, Kayla, Anthony, and Joey Lucente, Steven and Austin Seifert, Taylor and Gianna Franceshelli, Gavin Procick, Savannah Procick; and a brother, William Hoffman of Athens, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Furman; one son, Thomas Joseph; and three sisters, Anabelle Lewis, Wilma Hoffman, and Dezma Christson. She will always be remembered by her family and friends for her gentleness, generosity, caring ways and the love she had for them all. She will be missed dearly. There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Struthers Presbyterian Church, 110 Poland Ave., Struthers OH 44471 Arrangements are being handled by the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers.
