Deborah Jean Parker, 58 Lowellville- Deborah Jean Parker, 58, of E. Grant Street, died Thursday morning at her residence. Mrs. Parker was born September 28, 1948 in Youngstown, a daughter of Warren Edward and Mary Ellen Barsetti Frohman. She resided in Youngstown until moving to Lowellville in the early 1970âa�a��s. A homemaker, Mrs. Parker was a recovering alcoholic celebrating 28 years sober and still took one day at a time. Years ago she volunteered helping other recovering alcoholics. Her husband James Parker, the love of her life, whom she married June 13, 1974 died March 27, 1991. She leaves two daughters, Tammy (Tom) Balogh Kopnicky of Lowellville and Cheryl Balogh Mangine of Canfield; one son, Michael Balogh of Lowellville; four sisters, Shirley Frohman of Hubbard, Pam (Joe) Miller of Pa., Cindy Frohman with whom she lived, and Vickie (George) Frohman of Youngstown; three brothers, Charles (Alma) Frohman of Girard, James (Anna) Frohman of Lowellville, and Brian Frohman of Youngstown; and five grandchildren, Preston Balogh, Patrick Mangine, Kristen, Thomas and Andrew Kopnicky for whom she was a devoted grandmother and lived her life for them. She also leaves her beloved companion, Leroy, her Yorkie. Besides her parents and husband, Mrs. Parker was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Begeot.
