David J. York Sr.,- 58 EDINBURG âa�" David J. York, Sr., 58, of Butch Circle, died Monday evening at Jameson Hospital in New Castle. Mr. York was born in Steubenville on June 7, 1949 a son of Millard Mayle and Juanita Stout. Mr. York was a truck driver for the past 30 years, driving for the R & J Trucking, dispatching for Ausmus Trucking, and most recently Romano Trucking. He was a former member of the Lowellville Rod and Gun Club. His hobbies included hunting and fishing in Lake Erie. He raised and bread Red Bone Hounds and Beagles for hunting. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him He is survived by his mother Juanita York, wife, the former Sandra L. Husing, whom he married June 18, 1984; two sons, David (Jennifer) York, Jr., of Struthers and Robert (Alyssa) York of Hillsboro; one step-daughter Sandra (Jesse) Sample of Fort Hood, Texas; 11 grandchildren; two sisters, Marty Mayle and Becky Bakaites; four brothers, Richard York, Johnny York, Dana Mayle, and Todd Mayle. Besides his father, he is preceded in death by a step-father, Charles York, and his step-mother, Mary Jane Mayle. Family and friends will be received Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home in Lowellville, where funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 10:00 am.
