David A. Kalcic

David Anthony Kalcic- 70 LOWELLVILLE- David Anthony Kalcic, 70, died Tuesday, April 10 at the Greenbriar Healthcare Center in Boardman. Mr. Kalcic was born July 12, 1936, a son of Anthony and Sophie Kaplan Kalcic. He was a life-long area resident. A 1955 graduate of Lowellville High School. Mr. Kalcic worked in maintenance for the Mahoning County Engineers Office for 29 years, retiring in 1997. Besides his mother, Sophie, of Delaware, Ohio, Mr. Kalcic is survived by his wife, the former Eileen M. Villano, whom he married November 23, 1971; one sister, Joanne (James) Traveline of Marion, Ohio., and two nieces Melissa (Tom) Richgels, and Laurie Traveline. He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Kalcic. Family and friends may call Friday from 5-7 PM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Lowellville, where prayer services will be Saturday at 9:45 AM.
