David Ginnetti

Youngstown - David Ginnetti, 54, of Youngstown, died early Thursday morning at Hospice of the Valley, Hospice House.

David was born December 20, 1956 in Youngstown, a son of Herman and Irene DiLullo Ginnetti.

A life-long resident of Struthers, David was a 1976 graduate of Struthers High School. He worked in maintenance for Garland Welding in Lowellville. Prior to that he was a truck driver for several different companies and had worked as an EMT for the former Advanced Gold Cross Ambulance and also for Gold Cross Livery.

In his free time, David worked on cars, trucks, and anything mechanical and enjoyed going to car shows. He loved fishing, and visiting friends at Denny's.

Besides his mother Irene of Struthers; David leaves two sisters, Linda Ginnetti of Struthers and Irene (Joel) Lariccia of Struthers; five brothers, Philip Ginnetti of Edinboro, PA, Daniel (Marie) Ginnetti of Poland, Richard Ginnetti of Chicago, IL, Patrick (Missy) Ginnetti of Struthers, and Michael Ginnetti of Struthers; one daughter, Megan Crosby of Woodbridge, VA; ten nephews and nieces, Joel, Nicole, Dominic, and Anthony Lariccia, Joshua, Justin, and Gino Ginnetti, Alexa Morocco, and Frank and Laiken Percic; and his long-time buddy, his dog, Harley.

David was preceded in death by father, Herman.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, 11:00 AM at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers with Fr. Bernard Bonnot officiating. Interment will follow at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Lowellville.

Friends will be received Saturday from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
