Craig Nicholas Giampietro, 52

Struthers - Craig Nicholas Giampietro, 52, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly Monday morning, January 18, 2021 at his home.

Craig was born October 19, 1968 in Youngstown, the son of the late  Joe "Buff" and Mary Jane (Smith) Giampietro  .

He graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1986 and was a lifelong area resident.

Craig was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Local #64 and worked for Dickey Electric in North Lima for 23 years as a commercial electrician. He was also an instructor for IBEW, Local 64 for 2 years.

In his free time, Craig enjoyed fishing.

Craig is survived by his wife of 23 years, the former Genine R. Sandfrey, whom he married on March 22, 1997;  two brothers; and two sisters.

Due to COVID-19 and Craig's wishes, there are no services or calling hours.

Arrangements are being handled by Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, 11 Spring Street in Struthers.
