Congetta âa�A"Nanaâa�A� Leardi, 90 Youngstown- Congetta Leardi, 90 of Autumn Hills formerly of Lowellville died Monday afternoon at the nursing home. Mrs. Leardi also known as Nana was born September 23, 1913 in Youngstown, a daughter of Anthony and Columba Maria DiMaio Martucci. She lived in Lowellville from 1931 until moving to the Youngstown area in 1975. She was a homemaker and a former member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church in Lowellville. Her husband Louis Leardi, a former Mayor of Lowellville, whom she married September 19, 1931 died February 22, 1972. She is survived by her daughter, Bella (Joseph) Herubin of Canfield and one son, Vito (JoAnn) Leardi of Kingsville, Ohio; two sisters, Angeline Piesto of Youngstown and Dolores Nero of Poland; one brother, Steve Martucci of Youngstown; six grandchildren, Joseph and Mark Herubin, Louis Leardi, Barbara Estes and Sandra Moisio; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. Besides her parents and husband, an infant daughter, one grandson, Richard Leardi, three brothers, John, Frank and Sam Martucci and one sister Antoinette Carfolo preceded her in death. Funeral services will be Thursday, 9:15 AM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Lowellville and 10:00 AM at St. Michaels Church in Canfield. Friends may call this evening from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
