Youngstown - Claude Ellsworth Graham, 84, died March 13, 2016 at Shepherd of the Valley. Mr. Graham was born March 27, 1931 in Charleston, WV, a son of Claude and Bessie Douglas Graham.He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. He worked for the Wonder Bakery for 18 years and was a member of the Cleveland Bakers Union. Claude retired as head baker of the Moonraker Restaurant in 1996. He leaves his wife Patricia who shared 59 years of marriage. She was the love of his life. He also leaves behind his 3 children. Shari (Jim) Owens of Canton; two sons, David Graham of Colorado Springs, CO and Thomas (Cheryl) Graham of Hurst, TX; one sister, Betty Demarco of Struthers; five granddaughters, Ashley, Katey, Jenni, Tricia, and Anna; sister-in-laws, Nancy McCurdy of Youngstown, Sandy (Jim) Saffell of Poland Twp.; and Helen George of Struthers; and four great-grandchildren, Darius, Dominick, Angelita, and Abigail; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Dr. Robert Spratt and the staff of Shepherd of the Valley in Boardman for all their care and support to Claude and his family.
