Charles Monroe Heckman

Charles Monroe Heckman, 88, died March 19, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center.

Charles was born Aug. 8, 1929 in Youngstown, a son of William and Mable Raver Heckman.

He ran aluminum companies all over the country for 20 years, retiring in 1985.

He was a veteran of the Unites States Army during WW II.

Charles loved antique cars and car shows.

His wife the former Barbara Stanton, whom he married March 3, 1952, died Jan. 1, 1990.

He is survived by one nephew, William Heckman; and 2 great-nieces Kimberly and Stephanie Heckman.

Besides his wife and parents, Charles was preceded in death by three brothers, Randall, Bill, and Charles Heckman.

There will be no calling hours or services.

Arrangements are being handled by Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers.
