Cathy Eileen Dickey

Struthers - Cathy Eileen Dickey, 63, of Struthers, died Thursday evening at the Hospice House. Cathy was born February 15, 1944 in Youngstown, a daughter of Richard and Bernice Hindle Holmes. She attended The Rayen School and was a manager for Schwebel Bakery Thrift Store in Austintown. Cathy's husband, Harry Dickey, whom she married August 25, 1961, died February 28, 2001. She leaves one son, John (Victoria) Dickey of Boardman; one daughter, Debra Peluso of Austintown; three sisters, Sandra Lange of Hay Market, VA, Donna Melia of Austintown, and Susan Caven of Canfield; one brother, Richard Holmes of Struthers; five grandchildren, Hailey Dickey, Kacey Dickey, Tina Peluso, Tommy Peluso, and Brandon Peluso; and her dear companion, Ken Bigley, with whom she lived. Besides her parents and husband, Cathy was preceded in death by her son, Harry R. Dickey, and one sister, Jacqueline Weber. Funeral services will be held Monday, 11:00 AM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland, with Rev. Ash Welch officiating. Friends will be received Sunday, 3-6 P.M., at the Funeral Home.
