Catherine âa�A"Kayâa�A� Tkach âa�" 77 BOARDMAN âa�" Catherine âa�A"Kayâa�A� Tkach, 77, of 776 Oakridge Dr., died Saturday morning at her residence. Mrs. Tkach was born April 15, 1930 in Scottdale, PA, a daughter of John A. and Gertrude Blasick. She was a 1948 graduate of Ursuline High School and a member of the Holy Family Church in Poland where she was the churchâa�a��s secretary for 37 years, retiring in 2000. Mrs. Tkach was a member of the churches Altar guild and was an avid shopper. Her husband, Edward Joseph Tkach, whom she married May 9, 1953, died August 4, 1998. She leaves one daughter, Patrice (Ronald) Deley of Boardman; one sister, Ann Harasym of Liberty; two granddaughters, Karen Deley and Rachel Deley both of Boardman. Besides her parents and husband, Mrs. Tkach is preceded in death by two brothers, Fr. John L. Blasick, C.P.P.S., and Fr. George Blasick, C.P.P.S., and one brother in law, Alex Harasym. Family and friends may call Tuesday morning from 8:30 a.m. âa�" 9:30a.m. at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland where prayers will be said at 9:30a.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at the Holy Family Church in Poland with Rev.
