Catherine Ann Melillo

Struthers - Catherine Ann Melillo, 77, formerly of Lowellville, died January 29, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
Mrs. Melillo was born December 31, 1936 in Youngstown, a daughter of Joseph and Teresa Trimble Casillo.
She was a 1955 graduate of Lowellville High School. Cathy was a homemaker and care giver to many over the years. She was a member of Our Lady of Holy Rosary Church. Cathy enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.
Her husband, Gerald J. Melillo, whom she married May 5, 1956, died Nov. 2, 2012.
She is survived by one son, Jerry (Debra) Melillo of Struthers; one brother, Frank (Mary) Casillo of York, PA, one sister, Marie Klepin of Mesa, AZ two grandchildren, Michael and Sophia Melillo; and several nieces and nephews.
A prayer service will be held Saturday at 9:30AM at Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Lowellville followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Holy Rosary Church at 10:00 AM . Interment will follow at Holy Rosary Cemetery.
Friends and family will be received Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
