Caroline M. Gizzi Vigliotti, 85 Lowellville- Caroline M. Gizzi Vigliotti, 85, of 6 ½ W. Liberty Street, died Saturday afternoon at Forum Health Northside Medical Center. Caroline was born April 18, 1919 in Hillsville, Pennsylvania, a daughter of Joseph and Angeline Sheldone Russo. She has resided in Lowellville for over 66 years. She was a homemaker and a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church in Lowellville. Caroline was a seamstress and master cook, but her greatest enjoyment was her family. Carolineâa�a��s first husband, Dominic L. Gizzi whom she married in 1937 died April 5, 1972. Her second husband John Vigliotti died in 1983. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Griffith of Lowellville; one son, Dominic Richard (Sherry) Gizzi also of Lowellville; one sister, Elizabeth Vigliotti of Mayfield Heights; four grandchildren, Michael A. Griffith, Kathy A. Fimognari, Dominic J. Gizzi, Tom A. Gizzi and eight great-grandchildren. Besides her parents and husbands, a son-in-law Thomas Griffith, a grandson, Thomas âa�A"Rickyâa�A� Griffith, and four brothers, Patsy, Lawrence, Sam and Carmen Sheldone preceded her in death. Funeral services will be Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Lowellville and 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church. Friends may call this evening from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
