Boardman - Carl Lukashik, 78, of Boardman, formerly of Youngstown, died Saturday, July 2, at St. Elizabeth Health Center, Boardman Campus.
Carl was born November 27, 1932 in Youngstown, a son of Peter and Catherine Hovan Lukashik.
For several years Carl worked at Schwebel's Bakery.
Carl leaves six nieces and one nephew, Jill (Gary) White of Poland and Paula (Gerherdt) Vielberth of Boardman, his caregivers; and Jacci (Allen) Hart, Tasha Lukashik, Tanya Lukashik, Jasmine Lukashik, and Stanley Skrobot; several great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Carl was preceded in death by two brothers, John (June) Lukashik and Peter (Ellen) Lukashik; one sister, Irene (George) Vivacqua; and his companion of several years, Dorothy Ramsey.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 30th at 2:00 PM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland.
Friends will be received Saturday, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
