CARL B. LEET, JR. âa�" 88 YOUNGSTOWN âa�" Carl B. Leet, 88 of Omni Mannor, died Sunday evening. Mr. Leet was born on August 7, 1918 in Youngstown, a son of Carl B., Sr. & Mae Frances Leet. The Leet family moved from Connecticut to Vienna in 1803 with the Connecticut Land Company. He graduated from East High School in 1937, and was employed as a Stationary Engineer at the Rod and Wire Mill of Youngstown Sheet and Tube in Struthers, retiring in 1978 after 41 years. Mr. Leet was a WWII Army Air Corps Veteran. His wife the former Wilma B. Comsia whom he married September 10, 1941 died February 24, 2002. He is survived by two sons, Carl B. (Donna) Leet III, of Hubbard, and Robert Leet of Youngstown, three grandchildren, Melinda Wilding of Denver, Susan Hawkins-Wilding of Wooster, Billy Leet of Hubbard, two great-grandchildren, Harrison & Tess Hawkins-Wilding of Wooster. Besides his parents and wife, he is preceded in death by one son, William Leet, one daughter, Sandra M. Wilding, one brother, Clarence Leet and three sisters, Henrietta, Edna & Mae.
