Lowellville - Caitlyn A. Compton, 16, died unexpectedly, on Monday, November 30, 2015. She was born December 23, 1998 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
She had attended Lowellville High School and was currently attending Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, where she was a junior. Caitlyn was a member of the Drama Club at Lowellville High School which she greatly enjoyed. She loved music and spending time with her friends. She was a very active member of Rush Church Assembly of God in Canfield and attended church twice a week. .
She leaves her mother and step-father, Leslie and Norman Schrader; her brothers, Cody Compton and Geno Millione; sisters, Christina and Laura Compton; step-sister, Tyler Schrader; step-brother, Dylan Schrader; her grandfather, Lester (Marilyn) Deal; grandmother, Peggy Deal; grandparents, Harry and Linda Schrader; uncles, Smitty Erdel and Robbie (Heather) Deal; first cousins, Logan and Sophia Deal; and several other cousins and family members.
She was preceded in death by her aunt, Dawn Deal.
A memorial service will be held on Friday at 7pm at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, 244 McGill St. Lowellville, with Pastor Jim Barton and Rev. Owen Fitch officiating.
Friends will be received prior to the service from 5-6:45pm on Friday at the funeral home.
