Campbell - Bruce Lee Walker, 58, passed away on January 16, 2025 at the Hospice House, surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 19, 1966 in Hammonton, NJ, a son of Evelyn (Peace) and the late Billy Walker.
He worked for Trump Plaza Casino and Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ, where he played a vital role behind the scenes, contributing to the vibrant operations of the city’s entertainment industry.
Outside of his work, he was deeply committed to his community as a youth sports coach, sharing his passion and wisdom with young athletes in football and basketball. His influence as a mentor left a lasting impact on many.
He also was a talented musician who had a gift for playing the bass guitar, piano, and saxophone. His love for music brought warmth and joy to those around him. Bruce was all about family and they were the heart of everything he did.
After moving away from New Jersey, he embraced new adventures with the same love and devotion that defined who he was. A die-hard Eagles fan, Bruce never missed a chance to cheer on his team, whether it was at home or surrounded by friends and family. He also had a knack for collecting, finding joy in gathering items that caught his eye and showed off his unique personality. These findings were often shared with his grandchildren who shared similar passions.
In addition to his mother, Evelyn, he leaves behind to cherish his memory, his beloved wife, Tracie Mastorio; his children, Devin (Ashley) of Boardman, Brianna (Tyler) of Warren, Christian (Ashley) of Boardman, Kaylee (Michaelangello) and Kiara, both of Campbell; his grandchildren, Myles, Dominic, Avery, Harper, Winter, Willow, and Theodore; his brother, Richard of Houston, TX; and his sister, Vivian (John) of Old Bridge, NJ; his daughter, Anisaa, and grandchildren Corey, Carter, and C’eziah of NJ.
He was preceded in death by his father, Billy.
