Boardman - Bruce R. Richardson, 59, died suddenly May 30, 2017 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
Bruce was born August 16, 1957 in Youngstown, a son of Bob Richardson and Shirley Lipp.
He was a 1975 graduate of Springfield Local High School. Bruce loved the outdoors, where he enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening, and kayaking. He was very handy and also enjoyed woodworking.
He is survived by both of his parents, Bob (Jean) Richardson of Poland and Shirley (Bob) Lipp of New Middletown; his loving companion, Julia Schmidt of Boardman; and two sisters, Cindy (Carl) Mace of New Middletown and Diane (Frank) Gagliano of Bessemer.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 7:00 PM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, 270 N. Main St., Poland.
Friends and family will be received Tuesday from 5:30PM-6:45PM at the funeral home.
