Beverly M. Barnett, 74 New Middletown- Beverly M. Barnett, 74, of 130 G. Sandy Court West, died Saturday morning at Maplecrest Nursing Home. Mrs. Barnett was born June 4, 1930 in Struthers, a daughter of Leroy and Beryl Miller George. She came to New Middletown 15 years ago. She was a graduate of Struthers High School and Community College in Michigan where she received a Business Management and Accounting degree. She was a homemaker and a member of the New Springfield VFW Post #2799 Ladies Auxiliary. Her husband Robert J. Barnett Sr., whom she married August 4, 1948 died December 30, 1973. She leaves one daughter, Linda (Michael) Murzda of Powder Springs, Georgia; one son, Robert J. (Gayle) Barnett Jr., of Austintown; one sister, Lynn Mitchell of Poland; four grandchildren, April and Brittney Barnett, Sherry (Stewart) Bonds and Kevin M. Hoellein; and two great-grandchildren, Kayla and Kristy Oâa�a��Hare. Besides her parents and husband, one son, Donald L. George and one sister Carolee Shingleton preceded her in death.
