Lowellville - Betty Lucille Sayavich, 87, died Monday morning, June 10, 2013 at Masternick Memorial Health Care Center.
Mrs. Sayavich was born November 4, 1925 in Lowellville, a daughter of Ernest and Hilda Allshouse Norberg.
A life-long resident of Lowellville, Mrs. Sayavich was a 1943 graduate of Lowellville High School. She was a homemaker and a long time member of Gibson Heights Second Presbyterian Church in Youngstown.
Her husband, William, whom she married July 8, 1950, died in 1993. Mrs. Sayavich is survived by her two sons, Gary Sayavich of Lowellville and Bill Sayavich of Largo, FL; two grandchildren, Billy Sayavich Jr. of Cleveland and Jennifer Sayavich of Youngstown; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Katherine Evans, Jean Wielbruda, and Dorothy Trimble; and two brothers, Arthur and Robert Norberg.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 13th at 6:00 pm at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home Lowellville, where friends and family will be received prior to the funeral on Thursday from 4:00- 5:45 pm.
Mrs. Sayavich's family would like to thank the wonderful caretakers at Masternick Memorial for the generous care and love towards their mother.
