Betty J. Bush

Betty J. Bush, 83 Beaver Township- Betty J. Bush, 83, of St. Maryâa�a��s Alzheimerâa�a��s Research Center formerly of W. Milton in Alliance died Thursday evening at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. Mrs. Bush was born November 3, 1919 in Salem, a daughter of Samuel and Ruth McLaughlin Bruder. She was raised in Salem and lived in various states throughout the years returning to Alliance in 1978. She was a 1937 graduate of Salem High School and was a homemaker. She was Past President of the Alliance Knights Templar Ladies Club, a member of the former Alliance Order of Eastern Star, the Alliance Order of Amaranth and the Akron Oriental Shrine Kadesh Court. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Salem Besides her husband, Frank A. Bush with whom she married October 17, 1942 she leaves one son, Bruce A. Bush of Poughkeepsie, New York. There are no funeral services or calling hours. The family request memorial tributes take the form of contributions to the Alzheimerâa�a��s Association, 919 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, Illinois 60611 or to the Alliance Hospice, 885 S. Sawburg Rd., Suite 106, Alliance, Ohio 44601. Arrangements are by Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland.
