Bernadine A. Seman

Bernadine A. Seman, 51 Youngstown- Bernadine A. Seman, 51, of 1737 Gladstone St. died Tuesday afternoon at her home after an extended illness. She was born February 2, 1951 in Youngstown a daughter of John A. Sr. and Bernadine Hawk Sokol, and was a lifelong area resident. Ms. Seman was a former member of Sacred Heart Church. She enjoyed going to bingo and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Besides her mother Bernadine Sokol with whom she made her home, she leaves one daughter: Lisa and son-in-law Russell Bastion of Grapevine, TX; a brother: John A. Jr, and sister-in-law Suzanne Sokol of Youngstown; her boyfriend: Tim Gonda of Youngstown; and two grandchildren: John Allen and Harley Ann Chapman at home. She is preceded in death by a grandson David Rian Chapman; and her father John A. Sokol, Sr. A funeral service will be held 10 AM, Saturday at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers. Friends may call at the funeral home, Friday, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM, and again on Saturday from 9-9:45 AM.
