Lowellville - Barbara J. Mariotte, 83, died October 17, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Health Center surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Mariotte was born August 20, 1932 in Poland, a daughter of Clinton and Luonia Sutphin Jones.

She was a 1950 Poland Seminary High School graduate. Barb was a Real Estate Agent for Cocca Real Estate. She previously worked for Century 21 Real Estate, other real estate companies, and retired from Cocca Real Estate.

She enjoyed playing bingo and reading. Her true passion was helping anybody in need. She will be deeply missed by friends, family, and anyone she came in contact with.


She is survived by her husband, Vincent, whom she married Nov. 14, 1964; four sons, Robert (Melissa) Lowry of Boardman, Daniel (Rebecca) Lowry of New Waterford, Vincent Mariotte, Jr. of Lowellville; and Victor Mariotte of Lowellville; two daughters, Bonny (David) Way of Poland and Beverly Miletta of Poland; two sisters, Mary E. Phenicie of Edinburg, PA and Beatrice (Clifford) Householder of Dunedin, FL; 9 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents Barb was preceded in death by siblings, Margaret Gliemmo, Clinton F. Jones, Donald L. Jones, Lois Kilgore,Glen J. Jones, Geraldine Grimes, Charles Jones, Infant Joseph Lee Jones Infant Samuel Jones, Infant Victor Jones.

Services will be held at Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home 270 N Main St., Poland, Wednesday at 11:00 AM. Friends and family will be received Wednesday from 10-10:45AM.

The family would like to thank the staff at Masternick Memorial in New Middletown for their excellent care.
