Audrie L. Thompson âa�" 82 POLANDâa�"Audrie L. Thompson, 82 of Poland, died Friday afternoon at Omni Mannor. She was born in New Castle, PA. on January 15, 1924, a daughter of Edmund F. & Helen Rae Fox. Mrs. Thompson was a 1941 graduate of New Castle High School. She was a homemaker, and a member of the First Presbyterian Church in New Castle. Her husband, John F. Thompson, whom she married June 20, 1942, died June 19, 1998. She is survived by one daughter, Jeanne T. (Henry) Rostan of Youngstown, one son, Don Rae (Carolyn) Thompson of Poland, one brother, Donald H. (Mary Lou) Fox of Dayton, three grandchildren, J. Michael Thompson of Poland, Jessica R. Thompson of Mendocino, CA, and Benjamin E. (Heather) Rostan of Poland. Besides her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by one son, Thomas W. Thompson, and one sister, Shirley Fox Palmer. Family and Friends may call Tuesday from 5-8 at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland and from 12:30 to 1:00 Wednesday, where services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Poland Riverside Cemetery.
