LOWELLVILLE - Aria Isabella Wharry, 1, died Dec. 6, 2016, at the Cleveland Clinic.
Aria was born June 2, 2015, in Boardman, a daughter of Brian and Adrianne (Logozzo) Wharry.
Aria loved the water, having enjoyed vacations to the beach and getting a bath. She found joy in her baby dolls and playing with her sister, Mila.
Aria loved the song “Shake it Off” by Taylor Swift. She also enjoyed her scary Halloween dolls and the train at the mall. She loved animals, going to the zoo, and meowing at the cats any chance she got. Aria loved life and was full of energy. She was her parents’ “super girl” and touched so many lives.
She is survived by her parents, Brian and Adrianne Wharry of Lowellville; one sister, Mila Wharry; paternal grandparents, William (Kathy) Wharry of Lowellville; maternal grandmother, Mariann Logozzo of Lowellville; paternal great-grandfather, William Wharry of New Middletown; uncle, William Wharry of Cleveland; two aunts, Kristen (Tim) Ernes of Columbus and Lauren (Ben) Lewis of Buford, Ga.; three cousins, Joey Ernes, Ella and Lena Lewis.
She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Joseph Logozzo; maternal great-grandparents, Angelo (Mary) Scatamacchio and Joseph (Theresa) Logozzo; paternal great-grandparents, Michael (Eliza) Sedor and Mary Wharry.
A prayer service will be held Monday at 9:30 a.m. at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, 244 McGill St. in Lowellville, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Cemetery.
Friends and family will be received Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank family and friends, the Village of Lowellville, Mercy Health, and Akron Children’s Hospital for caring for Aria and the family over the last year.
