Antonietta Pascarella

Youngstown - Antonietta Pascarella, 85, of Youngstown, died Monday, April 7, 2008 at her residence. Mrs. Pascarella was born April 2, 1923 in Baia Latina, Caserta, Italy, a daughter of Leopoldo and Maria DiTomaso Greco. She worked at Shots Restaurant as a cook for 8 years during the 1960's and was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Christine's Church. Her husband, Giovanni Pascarella, whom she married December 7, 1946, died January 16, 1987. She leaves her son, Antonio (Phyllis) Pascarella of Youngstown; two sisters, Rosa (Dominico) Landolfi and Maria Grazia (Giovanni) Perrotta, both of Baia Latina, Caserta, Italy; six grandchildren, Pasquale DellaGatta, Giovanni (Missy) DellaGatta, Elena (John) Madunicky, Antonietta (Jim) Lightner, Antonio DellaGatta, and Giovanni Pascarella; five great-grandchildren, Teresa, Antonio, Josephine, Sophia, and Alexis; and a son-in-law, Andrea DellaGatta of Boardman. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Teresa DellaGatta. A memorial service will be held Monday at 6 p.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers.
