Annette I. Compton

Annette I. Compton, 65 North Lima-Annette I. Compton, 65, of Ivy Woods Manor, died Tuesday evening at Beeghly Emergency. She was born in Braddock, PA on October 13, 1939, a daughter of Stephen and Irene Babyak Istvanik. Mrs. Compton was a 1957 graduate of Poland Seminary High School. She worked as a dental assistant and was also a homemaker. She was on th resident council for both the Ivy Woods Manor and Lowellville Manor. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Struthers. Annette was a very religious and faithful woman, who spread joy and hope everywhere she went even in the midst of her illness. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. She was a very loving mother of two daughters, Trisha Lysowski of Youngstown and Crystal Compton of Struthers; a son, Benjamin Compton of Houston,TX; and a brother, Daniel (Cindy) Istvanik. A memorial service will be Saturday 11a.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, Struthers. Friends may call one hour prior at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent at www.beckerobits.com
