Poland - Anne J. (Maus) Lutz Kracko, 88, died Saturday morning, December 17, 2011 at the Briarfield of Boardman.
Mrs. Kracko was born January 29, 1923 in Akron, a daughter of Tennyson and Anna Steinel Maus.
She was a graduate of Central High School in Akron. Mrs. Kracko worked as a secretary for many years at Firestone Tire and Rubber in Akron and later for St. Thomas Hospital in the surgery scheduling department. In 1980, she moved from Akron to Poland when she married her husband, John.
While living in Akron, she was a member of St. Martha Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening and dancing.
She leaves her husband, John A. Kracko Jr., whom she married August 2, 1980; her daughter, Kristina (Al) Dervin of North Canton; two sons, Bradford Lutz of Ashland and Stephen (Becky) Lutz of Munroe Falls; four grandchildren, Kelly (Don) Berringer of Akron, Amy Dervin of Massillon, Stacy (James) Platt of Lawrenceville, GA, and Blaine Adams of Broadway, VA; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Thomas, James, and David Maus.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Poland Riverside Cemetery Chapel, 111 Riverside Drive, Poland, Ohio 44514.
