Anna Mae Hess Way

Anna Mae Hess Way, 84 POLAND- Anna Mae Way, 84, of 2338 Lyon Blvd. died Thursday evening at Forum Health Northside Medical Center. She was born in Youngstown October 1, 1918, a daughter of George and Mame McConahy Hess. She was a lifelong area resident. Mrs. way was a homemaker and served in the United States Navy during WWII. She was a member of the Evangel Baptist Church. She leaves her husband, Clifford, whom she married October 26, 1946; three sons, Richard P. (Joanne) Way of Poland, David W. (Bonny) Way of Poland, and C. James (Diana) Way of Boardman; one sister, Edythe Frost of Boardman; a brother, Richard Hess of Columbiana; and five grandchildren. Three sisters, Emily Floch, Mary Louise Thew, and Ethel Russell; and four brothers, George, Bill, John, and Bob Hess preceded her in death. Friends may call Sunday from 4-7 PM at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home, Poland and Monday form 9:00- 9:45 AM at the Evangel Baptist Church. Funeral Services will be Monday 10 AM at the Evangel Baptist Church.
