Poland - Anna F. Paine, 78, died Saturday, February 25, 2012 at the Masternick Memorial Health Care Center in New Middletown.

Mrs. Paine was born June 3, 1933 in Youngstown, a daughter of Vernon and Isabelle (Davis) Scott.

She was a graduate of Chaney High School and was a homemaker. Mrs. Paine enjoyed doing arts and crafts, especially crocheting, selling many of her patterns to Annie's Attic in Texas and they were then placed in the company's catalog.

Her husband, William Paine, whom she married October 10, 1952, died October 30, 1999. She is survived by two daughters, Donna Nestasie of Lowellville and Margaret "Peg" (Raymond) Harris of Petersburg; two, sons, Daniel (Gail) Paine of Campbell and Timothy (Lorna) Paine of Long Island, NY; brother,Vernon Scott of Struthers; step-sister, Lucille (Dennis) Mullins of Coweta, OK; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ernest Scott.

Services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home in Struthers. Interment will follow at Poland Riverside Cemetery.

Family and friends will be received Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
